Standard Event Rental Fees
Includes Riverside Township-based Community, Non-Profit, Educational, and Cultural Organizations for regular meetings and free events on weekdays and weeknights.
- $0: Free Public Event – Community, non-profit, educational, cultural. NO food. NO drinks.
- $0: Free Public Event – Community, non-profit, educational, cultural. YES food and/or YES non-alcoholic drinks.
- $100: Free Public Events – Community, non-profit, educational, cultural. YES food and/or YES alcohol. ($200 deposit required).
Special Event Rental Fees
Includes any weekend event, private parties, and events charging admission, or with alcohol. Must be a Riverside Township resident to rent.
- $50: Free Public Event – Community, non-profit, educational, cultural. NO food. NO drinks.
- $75: Free Public Event – Community, non-profit, educational, cultural. YES food and/or YES non-alcoholic drinks.
- $200: Free Public Event – Community, non-profit, educational, cultural. YES food and/or YES alcohol. ($200 deposit required).
- $100: Community Group – NO food. NO drinks. Charging Admission.
- $200: Community Group – YES food and/or YES non-alcoholic drinks. Charging Admission. ($100 deposit required).
- $300: Community Group – YES food and/or YES alcohol. Charging Admission. ($200 deposit required).
- $200: Private Event – NO food. NO drinks.
- $300: Private Event – YES food and/or YES non-alcoholic drinks. ($100 deposit required).
- $400: Private Event – YES food and/or YES alcohol. ($200 deposit required).
Private events serving alcohol require no license. However, a liquor permit WILL BE REQUIRED from the Village of Riverside if the event is community-based and/or open to the public. Any and all events with alcohol present must provide a host insurance showing Riverside Township as as additional insured. Such coverage is generally available through your homeowner’s insurance.
Payments must be made by check or cash. The Township does not accept credit card payments. Checks should be made payable to “Riverside Township”.
