The Town Hall building is available to any Township-based community, non-profit, educational, and cultural group free of charge for meetings and public events on weekdays and weeknights. The Town Hall is also available for rent, for a fee, by Township-based community groups for weekend gatherings, and by Township-based residents for special or private events, such as birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, etc. The Town Hall facilities are not available to rent for political events or for private events by non-residents.

Standard Events
Standard Use includes regular meetings and free events scheduled only on weekdays and weeknights, held by Township-based Community, Non-Profit, Educational, and Cultural Organizations.
Special Events
Any Weekend Event and all Private Events require a Special Use Application and rental fees will apply. Security deposits, personnel, and permits may be required depending on the nature of the event. Limited alcohol and food services are permitted, and Liability Insurance coverage will be required.
