With everything that’s going on in the world right now, sometimes it can feel like our lives have been turned upside down. Many of us are dealing with health-related fears, job loss, financial difficulties, and social isolation. These can bring on feelings of loneliness, worry, anxiety, and depression and can strain our capacity to cope in ways that are successful and healthy.
If you need guidance in accessing services and supports in the community or even just need somebody to talk to, please reach out. We are the Riverside Township Community Resource Center and we are here to help.
