Riverside Township is open for appeals from July 1 – July 30, 2019.
Township residents were invited to attend a special Property Tax Appeal Seminar on July 10th presented by Cook County Board of Review Commissioner, Dan Patlak. The event was sponsored by the Riverside Township Assessor along with Cook County Commissioner, Sean Morrison and State Representative, Elizabeth ‘Lisa’ Hernandez.
Commissioner Patlak gave a very informative presentation educating about 70 audience members about the best way to file appeals with the Cook County Board of Review.
