The Riverside Township Assessor’s Office wants taxpayers to know that 2023 Second Installment Property Tax Bills are expected to be on time this year. Second installment bills have been mailed out late the past several years, despite being statutorily due by August 1st, but things appear to be back on track this year. Since this will be the third property tax bill payable in approximately nine months, the Township Assessor Fran Sitkiewicz wants taxpayers to be prepared.
While 2023 second installment bills have not yet been published, once they are mailed out they will also then be available online to view, print, and pay through the Cook County Treasurer’s website.
