On Monday, February 28th, Riverside Township will be following along with the Cook County Department of Public Health’s plan to lift Mitigation Order 2021-11. This means that face masks will no longer be required in all indoor public places for the general public, such as inside the Town Hall building. Proof of vaccination will also no longer be required for events in the Town Hall that serve food or drink for on-premise consumption.
While Riverside Township will no longer require masks to be worn inside the Town Hall, residents may obviously still choose to wear a face mask if they wish.
